by Eric was one of the busiest guys in the hotel. He was head of concierge department, and also the head of Human Resources over all departments, so his days were always full, but for some reason he thought he was doing more than he should have been. Walking through the lobby, Eric stopped numerous times to help guests find their way around, sign forms, and run his own errands. “Hello! Why are you standing around? It’s a busy day. Get to work” he ordered walking back behind the desk full of co –workers.
