Worth The Visit (Anyone)

David was in his usual suite getting some homework done, before he worked the night shift. Already having a Communications degree, and an English degree, Dave was working on a Mathematics degree now. Juggling that and working long hours in the casino was easier for him than deciding what he wanted to do with his life. He was almost complete with his assignment when he heard a knock on his door. A few of his employees knew he stayed there and most of them were always in and out so he knew it was okay to just call out: “Come in!”, saying this then looking up to see who entered.

Ember slowly walked into the room, looking at David when fully in. "Oh hi..." She started nervously. "I was working in here an hour ago and I think I dropped my phone in here..." She explained, nibbling on her bottom lip. "Have you...by chance seen it?"

David stood "Uh no, can't say I have, but feel free to look around"

"Mr. Hayden!" She exclaimed, realizing who it was. "Oh I apologize! I'm pretty sure you're busy. I can come back…"

"Wait? We know eachother?" he asked

"I'm the new maid here...I remember meeting you while I met staff my first day here."

"Oh! Then what's with the Mr. Hayden bull?" he chuckled a bit

"You're a higher rank of authority here." She shrugged, "Just an act out of respect."

"Not really" he replied "I'm still under Eric, Lea, Dallas, and Camilla"

"I know...just a habit I guess."

"So what kind of phone did you lose?"
